Weekly DAO & Governance Call - 07.30 am EDT (Apr 23)
- We discussed the new proposal to adjust votable supply which suggests a temporary delegation of 1.5m SCR from the Scroll DAO treasury to 46 active delegates to boost votable supply and reduce quorum risk. We also discussed requesting ideas for ecosystem growth as the next step in formalizing concepts, following up on our previous Miro board sessions.

- Similarly to the call at 07.30 am, we discussed the new proposal to adjust votable supply which suggests a temporary delegation of 1.5m SCR from the Scroll DAO treasury to 46 active delegates to boost votable supply and reduce quorum risk. We also discussed requesting ideas for ecosystem growth as the next step in formalizing concepts, following up on our previous Miro board sessions. The call also included a presentation from Blockful on potential governance proposal.

- Agenda: We’ll be discussing ideas for ecosystem growth based on previous Miro board sessions. We’re launching a Request for Ideas (RFI)-a step before full proposals to gather more detailed input from the community.

- Delegate Training Discussion Call - 1 pm EDT
- Agenda This is the final public call to discuss final stages of the proposal. After this, the discussion will transition to the working group.

Proposals:
- Votable Supply Adjustment Proposal.
- This proposal suggests a temporary delegation of 1.5m SCR from the Scroll DAO treasury to 46 active delegates to boost votable supply and reduce quorum risk. The delegation, managed via a Foundation multisig, would run until October 2025. Delegates who become inactive may have their tokens reallocated. The goal is to ensure proposals can pass even if top delegates are unavailable.
