Proposals:
Seeking feedback/comment:
-
Ecosystem Growth Council Formation proposal
- This proposal is meant to outline the first formal council in Scroll DAO, the Ecosystem Growth Council (EGC). The EGC’s goal will be approve, oversee, and evaluate growth programs that can help the success and sustainability of the Scroll ecosystem.
- CTA: Please review the proposal and consider giving feedback/endorsement.
-
Governance Contribution Recognition
- The proposal serves as a first attempt at financially recognizing the work that is being done to help build Scroll DAO in the months since TGE. This will start with a 6 month retro (for contribution from inception, Oct, through mid-April). A separate proposal will be put together to define the subsequent approach’s for GCR.
- CTA: Please review the proposal and consider giving feedback/endorsement.
-
Votable Supply Adjustment Proposal.
- This proposal suggests a temporary delegation of 1.5m SCR from the Scroll DAO treasury to 46 active delegates to boost votable supply and reduce quorum risk. The delegation, managed via a Foundation multisig, would run until October 2025. Delegates who become inactive may have their tokens reallocated. The goal is to ensure proposals can pass even if top delegates are unavailable.
- CTA: Please review the proposal and consider giving feedback/endorsement.
-
Ecosystem Growth Request for Ideas (RFI)
- Gathering high-level ideas to specific proposals we can co-design.
- CTA: Please share your feedback on the RFIs and feel free to endorse the RFIs that you believe should be progressed into a full proposal.
Stay engaged and contribute to ongoing discussions!
