  • Weekly DAO & Governance Call - 01.00 pm EDT (July 30) - video, transcript - same to the morning call, we were discussing topics including requests for comments on a treasury management strategy, August voting cycle proposals (the protocol upgrade, the community council, the Carroll Mechanism proposal, and the audit and security subsidy program) and others as well as the recap of the Co-creation Cycle 3 and an update on the Delegate Accelerator program that is launching next week.

Key topics included findings from Harmonica Session 2 (prioritizing education, strategy, and branding/marketing), and discussions on treasury management, operations, accountability, and cross-council coordination.

  • Mexico Local Node - Execution - 12 pm EDT (June 17) video, transcript - the Mexico Local Node team joined this alignment call to review the follow-up process after the proposal approval. We provided orientation on KYC procedures, clarified the timeline for upcoming deliverables, etc.
  • Kenya Local Node - Execution - 10 am EDT (June 17) video, transcript - in this initial call with the Kenya Local Node team, we aligned on early coordination points following their proposal’s approval. Key topics included KYC, proposal clarifications, and ensuring clear communication channels between the team and the Scroll Foundation for the weeks ahead.
  • Brazil Local Node - Execution - 4 pm EDT (June 16) video, transcript - this call was held to align with the team responsible for the Brazil Local Node, a proposal approved in the most recent governance cycle. We discussed next steps, including requesting additional information to move forward, guidance on completing KYC, and aligning expectations around milestones and communication with the foundation.
