    • Seven-week curriculum will wrap up with a closing ceremony set on Moday 29th October.
    • Rewards, leaderboard and final report (open-source) in progress.

    • Ecosystem Growth Council: drafting a tangible program with the Open Economy team.
    • Community Council: launched the Community Support Grants Program; revising Local Nodes framework (next batch Oct–Dec).

    • Pilot term adjusted from 6 to 3 months for efficiency.
  • :locked: Security Subsidy Program

    • Launching soon, tied to the relaunch of the Areta marketplace on Scroll.

    • Cycle 1 payments expected by month’s end.
    • Cycle 2 metrics under active discussion.

    • Moving toward an autonomous DAO model.
    • Proposal for an “Execution Oversight Council” to handle ops (calls, payments) without foundation involvement.
