This week’s discussions focused on strengthening Scroll DAO’s governance framework, fostering accountability and deepening collaboration across councils and community programs. These efforts reflect our shared commitment to community-driven decision-making and sustainable ecosystem growth.

  • Community Programs

    • The Community Grants Program continues strong with 300+ applications reviewed, alongside the revamp of Local Nodes, now focusing on impact-driven deployment.
    • The Governance Council is officially operational , updates on its scope and upcoming communication improvements are in motion.
  • Dynamic Quorum & Out-of-Stain Wallet Extension

    • A dynamic quorum or extension of the out-of-stain wallet is being considered to maintain delegate voting capacity and ensure governance continuity ahead of upcoming token unlocks.
  • Devconnect Delegate Event

    • Planning underway for a delegate-exclusive event at Devconnect poll open for date preference (Sunday, Nov 16 vs Tuesday, Nov 18).
    • The event will serve as a key session to gather in-person feedback on DAO redesign.
  • DAO Architecture Redesign

    • Work ongoing toward a new governance architecture, including refined council structures and improved voting mechanisms.
    • Goal: finalized proposal for the January 2026 voting cycle.
  • Delegate Accelerator Program & GCR

    • Accelerator payouts expected within two weeks following ops team review.
    • Discussions continue on GCR cycle 2 to refine participation metrics and incentive criteria.
  • USX & Treasury Management

    • Updates on USX, Scroll’s USDC-pegged stablecoin, with pre-deposits now live.
    • Ongoing collaboration with Avantgarde to optimize treasury management strategy.
  • Unlock Protocol Integration Proposal

    • Proposal to integrate Unlock Protocol for on-chain ticketing, verification and membership tracking within the Grants Program.
    • The team is exploring cost-efficient implementation and alignment with Luma-based event systems.
  • Grants Reporting Portal

    • A new impact tracking portal (similar to Karma Gap) is in development to enhance transparency for all grant and funding activities.
  • Open Economy Updates

    • The team launched a crypto-consumer referral app as part of their new season funnel.
    • A dedicated Open Economy session will be scheduled for deeper engagement.

  • Review and provide feedback once the Governance Council’s scope of work is published.
  • Contribute to the Devconnect delegate event agenda.
  • Ensure approval of the out-of-stain wallet extension proposal.
