  3. Reasoning: We voted FOR the proposal to conduct research to inform a builder support strategy. We see value in the DAO having information about why builders choose to build on Scroll and would like to encourage the Foundation, in collaboration with delegates, to use the final deliverables proactively. Scroll DAO Constitution

  3. Reasoning: We voted FOR the Scroll DAO Constitution. We were happy to see a detailed Constitution that outlines key areas including governance principles, proposal and voting procedures, activities of the Scroll Foundation, and the multi-sig roles of governance facilitators and the Security Council.

Euclid Upgrade

  3. Reasoning: We voted FOR the Euclid upgrade. This upgrade will result in lower fees, higher throughput, better security, better compatibility, and more advanced features — all of which we support.
