Proposal: Community Council Formation

Vote: For

Rationale: I believe it is a net positive to have a council solely focused on community, as it can be the vehicle to boost the DAO efforts on this and leverage other initiatives.

Proposal: Feynman Upgrade on Scroll Mainnet

Vote: For

Rationale: I support this proposal, as it brings several enhancements that will help the chain to stay up to date.

Proposal: Better DAO Decisions & Aligned Incentives: Research on Carroll Mechanisms

Vote: Against

Rationale: Despite agreeing that this is an interesting field to study and the possible applications are promising, I don’t see a clear exit path for ScrollDAO when the first phase ends if our priorities change.

Proposal: Security Subsidy Program for Scroll Builders

Vote: For

Rationale: This is one of the pain points for any builder, and having this program makes Scroll more builder-friendly.
