Argentina Local Node Discussion - 11 am EDT (Apr 10)
- We had a conversation about a regional proposal for Argentina to become a local node, including the current situation in Argentina, blockchain adoption, stable coin usage, and new regulations. The conversation also covered the steps involved in drafting a proposal for a local node.

Ecosystem Growth Brainstorming Call - 1 pm EDT (Apr 9)
- We brainstormed ideas for ecosystem growth on Scroll, focusing on attracting and supporting founders building Scroll-native applications. The call also included a Miro board live session.

Delegate Training Call - 12.30 pm EDT (Apr 9)
- We discussed the delegate training proposal, which is being refined. We also discussed changes to the budget, particularly to the facilitator compensation, with more details being added.
Strategy Update with Raza - 7:30 am EDT (Apr 9)
- In this call, we had Raza, Scroll’s Head of Growth, join to share on the current thinking on Scroll’s growth strategy. The goal was to help provide context for the coming workshops to think through the DAO’s approach towards ecosystem growth.
