I’m Roselyne Munyiri, a software engineer and ecosystem builder who cares deeply about accessible infrastructure, developer growth, and making sure high-growth markets aren’t just users of Web3 but active co-creators in it.
I’m putting myself forward as a delegate because I want to contribute thoughtful, globally aware, and builder-first governance to Scroll.
Who I Am
I’ve spent five years working in marketing and community growth, building tech communities, scaling brand presence, and onboarding developers across Africa.
Until December 2025, I served as Communications Lead for Scroll Kenya with Web3Clubs, where I led community and founder onboarding for the Kenya Scroll Node program.
My vision is to help ensure Scroll governance reflects true geographic diversity, builder accessibility, long-term sustainability, and real adoption in high-growth regions.
Why I’m Running as a Delegate
My deeper involvement with Scroll began through hands-on work with the Kenya Node and the Delegate Accelerator Program. Through this, I’ve studied governance models across ecosystems like Optimism and Arbitrum, analyzing how coordination scales in practice.
I believe Scroll wins when we bridge technical excellence with community realities, align incentives with long-term protocol health, empower builders across multiple geographies, and strengthen governance participation beyond traditional hubs.
As a delegate, I commit to:
-
Publishing clear, structured reasoning behind every vote
-
Supporting proposals that prioritize decentralization and builder access
-
Amplifying voices from underrepresented ecosystems
-
Staying accessible for feedback and discussion
-
Continuing to deepen my governance and technical expertise
If you believe in inclusive growth, thoughtful participation, and long-term building, I would be grateful for your trust and your delegation.
