Hey Scroll Community!

I’m GozmanGonzalez , a passionate Web3 communicator, former Push DAO delegate, and active voice across on-chain governance. With a background in law and hands-on experience in community ops, I bridge the gap between complex protocols and everyday contributors.

I’ve spent the past few years driving engagement and education around decentralized technologies, whether it’s growing projects from 0 to 1, coordinating meaningful conversations on X, or helping newcomers find their footing in governance.

Now, I’m excited to bring that same energy and clarity to Scroll, a project I believe is building the most developer-friendly ZK ecosystem in Web3. I’m here to listen, advocate, and push for a Scroll that’s secure, accessible, and community-led.

Why I’m Running as a Delegate

I’m running as a delegate to help shape a Scroll DAO that prioritizes developer empowerment, robust security, and meaningful community participation.

Scroll is building vital zero-knowledge infrastructure for Ethereum, and governance will be key to ensuring that its growth is not only scalable but sustainable. I believe Scroll’s ecosystem should be governed by voices that understand the value of clear communication, long-term alignment, and accessible decision-making and I bring those strengths to the table.

As a former delegate at Push DAO and an active contributor across Web3 communities, I’ve seen firsthand how thoughtful governance can accelerate innovation and deepen trust. I want to be a voice that advocates for builders, pushes for transparent incentive structures, and champions experimentation while staying grounded in Scroll’s core values of decentralization and zk-native design.

I’m here to represent both the technical builders and the everyday participants who believe in Scroll’s vision. Let’s make sure governance becomes a force multiplier, not a bottleneck.

I’m not just here to vote! I’m here to listen, to engage, and to co-create a governance model that reflects the bold, open, and zk-native spirit of Scroll. If you’re looking for a delegate who blends community roots with a builder’s mindset and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, I’d be honored to earn your support. Let’s shape the future of Scroll together.

Proposal: Governance Framework Update (Scroll DAO 2.0)

Voted: For

Rationale: I voted for this proposal because Scroll DAO needs clearer structure to actually make progress. Participation has been uneven, responsibility has often been unclear, and that makes good decisions hard to turn into real results. This framework sets better expectations for delegates, reduces inactive voting power, and makes it clear who is responsible for execution and who is responsible for oversight. The budget and committee structure bring order to how funds and programs are handled, which the DAO clearly needs at this stage. While it starts with more structure, it still leaves room for the DAO to evolve and decentralize further as systems and participation improve, and that balance is why I supported it.
