I’m Alex Soto (alexsotodigital.eth), a facilitator and organizational designer from Mexico with over 10 years of experience helping teams and communities make better decisions together.

I come from the world of social impact, entrepreneurship, and cooperative organizing, and I’ve spent most of my career creating participatory spaces where people feel safe to speak, disagree, and build things collectively.

My work blends governance, group facilitation, community development, and systems thinking. I’m especially passionate about helping decentralized communities grow with integrity and inclusion.

In Web3, I’m drawn to topics like coordination, mutualism, regenerative economies, and making protocols more accessible to non-technical folks.
