1. Multisig & Financial Operations - The committee continued discussions regarding the multisig structure and financial management processes.
2. USX Marketing Campaign - The committee aligned on next steps for the USX marketing campaign.
3. Delegate Contribution Program (DCP) - We reviewed updates and ongoing work related to the Delegate Contribution Program.
4. Potential Meetup Grants Program - We discussed the possibility of creating a small grants program to support community meetups and local activation initiatives. The idea is still at an early stage and requires further development in terms of structure, eligibility criteria, scope, and budget before moving forward.
