(RFC) The role of delegates in Delegate Contribution Program (DCP)

This is an interesting discussion, which helps to provide a “formal” structure for the delegates’ interaction with the DAO entities. Not diving too much into the details of the roles proposed, I have a question:

We believe the next step is to run an experiment, where at least one delegate contributes to each role for two months, and explore the actual workload involved. This would help determine whether we should:

IMO, in its current state, what the Foundation (The OC/AC, etc.) has suggested is enough to move the DAO forward, so a 2-month run soon after their creation has a high chance of making this proposal less appealing.

That said, if the DCP is meant to support execution, then the Foundation, Operations Committee (OC), and Accountability Committee (AC) should first articulate what support they actually need. Without that, we risk short-term bias, designing roles that prioritize visibility over systemic impact. Delegates can then step into those defined needs, rather than projecting assumed gaps.

What should happen in the Scroll DAO evolution before adding another structure? Can we create a reasonable list that can help us identify the right triggers that signal a good time to introduce the DCP?
