About Us
We are a governance-focused, DAO-native collective dedicated to building public goods infrastructure and creator-aligned ecosystems.
Our work across Arbitrum DAO and RARI DAO has centered on strengthening governance through informed participation, operational structure, and principled decision-making. We’ve contributed across proposal review, governance design conversations, contributor coordination, and ecosystem research.
Our experience has reinforced a simple conviction: strong, values-driven governance is the backbone of any resilient protocol. Governance is not just about passing proposals, but about who gets heard, how incentives are structured, and whether decisions compound long-term trust.
With Scroll entering its 2.0 phase, we see an opportunity to help cultivate a governance culture that is transparent, disciplined, and aligned with progressive decentralization.
Our Governance Compass
We approach governance as an infrastructure, something that must be carefully maintained to remain resilient.
As a Scroll delegate, we will prioritize clear reasoning, structured evaluation of proposals, and transparency in voting. Durable decisions emerge from dialogue, not noise. We will advocate for long-term ecosystem health over short-term popularity or incentive-driven optics. We will also safeguard governance resilience by supporting inclusive participation and protecting against the concentration of influence, and by advancing creator-aligned mechanisms and supporting builders so that value accrues meaningfully within the Scroll ecosystem.
If You Delegate to LAD, You Can Expect:
- Consistent participation across proposals and governance discussions
- Public, well-reasoned explanations for key votes
- Proactive disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest
- Abstention when context is insufficient, valuing thoughtful silence over uninformed participation
- A principled, long-term approach rooted in stewardship rather than short-term signaling
We do not seek to impose a singular vision. Our role is to help create the conditions where more contributors can shape Scroll’s direction with clarity.
Disclosures / Conflicts of Interest
We currently participate in governance ecosystems, including Arbitrum DAO and RARI DAO.
At this time, we have no affiliations that create a conflict of interest within Scroll. However, we are committed to full transparency. If any situation arises that could reasonably be perceived as a conflict, we will disclose it promptly and abstain where appropriate.
