About Me

I’m coffee-crusher, and I want to serve as a Scroll delegate because I genuinely believe in what this ecosystem is building: infrastructure that’s fast, affordable, and actually usable by billions of people. I bring over a decade of experience in marketing, operations, and community strategy from both Web2 companies and my exclusive focus the past three years in Web3 projects and DAOs where I’m actively involved as a delegate at RARI DAO and a Steward at Black Flag DAO (formerly Bankless DAO) -

I believe that for the DAO to succeed, it has to function as more than just a decision-making body. It needs to be a space where diverse contributors feel heard, where participation is real (not performative), and where we’re building for the people not yet here.

My Governance Compass

I care deeply about the systems of governance, whether they’re inclusive, effective, and built to last. My energy will go toward helping the Scroll DAO grow from early structure to strong execution. That means:

  • Building governance systems that include, not just inform all voices
  • Supporting builders, contributors, and token holders with meaningful participation paths
  • Creating clarity in how we make decisions, and who they benefit
  • Collaborating across DAO roles to align incentives and unlock real-world adoption

If you delegate to me, you can expect

  • Clear communication and thoughtful context for every vote
  • A commitment to Scroll’s values, not just short-term outcomes
  • A strong voice for contributors, builders, and long-term community ownership

Disclosures/Conflict of Interests

I am an active delegate at RARI DAO and serve as a Steward at Black Flag DAO (formally Bankless DAO).

I take the Scroll Delegate Code of Conduct seriously and will always act with accountability, transparency, and an open mind. My governance compass is simple: How do we move Scroll’s mission forward while making participation easier, fairer, and more human?

I will always act transparently and disclose any conflicts of interest. In cases where I abstain due to a conflict, I will clearly state why. My highest priority is the Scroll ecosystem, and all my participation here will be in service of its long-term mission.

Delegation

Thanks for your trust. I’d be honored to earn your delegation at: 0x807ba79318d374741884e9c283da196fde6f34fc

August 2025 voting cycle

Feynman Upgrade

Voted: For

Rational: I support this important upgrade to the Scroll protocol which will improve EVM compatibility, increase protocol security, and provide a better developer experience, and all with no cost to the DAO. Improving security and at no cost, is a low risk and high return proposal for the DAO.

Community Council Formation Proposal

Voted: For

Rational: I support this proposal as it fulfills a specific goal of supporting and growing the Local Nodes area programs. With it’s Community Support Grant pilot, it allows for additional communities who are not prioritized as current Local Nodes projects, to obtain funding for their events and activities, while the DAO captures their audience’s mindshare and the project lead’s interest for potential growth into become a Local Node. The Local Nodes need a council who are focused on the success and growth of these programs to ensure successful programs.

Security Subsidy Program for Scroll Builders

Voted: For

Rational: I support this proposal as it’s imperative to provide a subsidy program for builders, especially in the early stage-projects with a dedicated audit security program. Not only does it provide a lower security audit cost for these projects, it also ensures for the DAO, that projects who complete this audit have met these security requirements, and therefore, it strengths the projects built upon the Scroll ecosystem.

Better DAO Decisions & Aligned Incentives: Research on Carroll Mechanisms

Voted: Abstain

Rational: While I support the initiative of improving governance, I could not vote in favor of this proposal as there were less than defined details, such as the resource and DAO outcome, and a lack of clarity of the risks mitigation for low adoption. The short timeline from proposal submission to the August voting cycle also contributed to my personal constraints of attempting to fully understand this proposal, including what Scroll would concretely receive was never addressed by the team, and what were the expected outcome and benefit to the DAO. Even though this proposal had a lot of details, it still lacked the requirements of a more developed plan. Therefore without this information, I felt that I was not as informed to make a vote in favor for this proposal, and I therefore voted to Abstain.

September 2025 voting cycle

Scroll DAO Timelock Test

Voted: For

Rational: I support this proposal with it’s no cost or tooling costs, and it allows for the testing of the timelock with the full process of the return of the 1 SCR to treasury. This proposal test is important before we move away from manual executions and towards full decentralization and automation executions as one of the requirements of the Phase 2 in the L2Beats Stage Framework.

Governance Contribution Recognition (Cycle 2: May - December 2025)

Voted: For

Rational: I voted in favor of this proposal, as quality governance should be recognized and rewarded for delegates who dedicate their work for the betterment of the DAO. As I noted in my forum comments, in any ecosystem’s incentive programs, there are many refinements and enhancements that can be made, and I see that future Cycles could address these. I see this proposal as providing a way for both highly engaged delegates and aspiring delegates as a path forward for contribution and recognition. In addition, I appreciate the consideration by the working group to provide an opportunity for new delegates (both Delegate Accelerator program graduates and new delegates joining in the future) to allow them the opportunity to meet the fair criteria and eligibility requirements to start participating in the second term of this Cycle 2.

Governance Council (GC) Formation

Voted: For

Rational: I support this proposal as the focus on improving and exploring governance models to improve Scroll’s governance is the right measure of a healthy DAO to continue to learn and adapt to current best practices. The six month council term, focus and deliverables of a governance roadmap is the right focus for the DAO and a blended opportunity of leveraging the expertise of the Foundation governance team with two delegates with a research background is the correct mix to get a balanced DAO and Foundation perspectives.

DAO Treasury Management RFP

Voted: For kpk

Rational: I voted in favor of kpk for the chosen service provider for the DAO’s treasury management as after carefully reviewing both the main proposals. I see that the choice is a matter of acceptable DAO risk appetite and investment philosophy. The DAOs main priority should be of a more conservative and balanced approach of an institutional-grade asset manager, where capital preservation and a proven track record outweigh the promise of higher, but riskier, yields. Of the two, kpk presents itself as the best bet for ensuring the DAO treasury’s diversification, a long-term runway, and risk-reward balance. I also appreciate their focus of a dedicated team, with a balanced approach of CEX (60% allocation)/DEX (20% allocation) with the CEX focus allowing for a robust ROI where the majority of liquidity (and market makers) exist, and their extreme focus on security and personae security for transactions, along with their use of a legal wrapper. This demonstrates maturity, understanding of the needs of a trusted partner and the industry, and ensuring that they see the relationship with the DAO with a long term focus.
