On November 15th SEEDGov hosted the forth edition of Governance Day, the world’s leading Web3 governance event prior the launch of Devconnect 2025. Scroll participated as a gold-tier sponsor with dedicated brand exposure and a preferencial speaker slot which was dedicated to a Delegate Accelerator Program workshop.
A total of 232 participants attended both days, a public consisting of governance enthusiasts, professionals, DAO builders, and researchers that engaged in high-level talks, deep-dives, debates, and networking. Attendees included members of the Ethereum Foundation, Arbitrum, Entropy, Meta Pool, Rootstock, Avail, OpenZeppelin, zkSync, Stellar, Algorand, Avalanche, and many others, alongside DAO delegates and governance-focused projects.

Scroll Delegate Accelerator Workshop
On the Governors Lounge, a dedicated workshop for the D/Acc was held with the presence of @Juansito , @Nneoma_StableLab , @alexsotodigital and Ivey from @SEEDGov. Around 16 participants gathered in an intimate setting for this focused discussion regarding the program itself as well as some keypoints regarding the role of delegates and the status of Governance.
