ETH House & Scroll Day [Report]

Executive Summary

ETH House Argentina 2025 served as a month-long strategic hub (Oct 20 – Nov 20) in Buenos Aires, designed to strengthen the Scroll ecosystem in Latin America ahead of Devconnect. By providing a dedicated co-working space and hosting high-impact activations, we successfully onboarded new users, fostered governance participation, and showcased the diversity of projects building on Scroll.

Project Overview & Execution

The initiative was structured as a continuous presence in the city, blending daily development with specific high-intensity events:

  • The Hub: A month-long co-working space (9 AM – 6:30 PM) accommodating up to 60 developers daily.

  • Scroll Day (Nov 16, 2025): A dedicated full-day event with talks and workshops focused exclusively on Scroll.

  • Special Activations:

    • Vibe Code Camp: A builder activation with mentorships and a $500 USD prize competition.

    • Scroll DAO Day: An in-person gathering focused on Scroll DAO 2.0 governance and onboarding new contributors.

    • Scroll Ecosystem Day: A showcase during Devconnect featuring 8 key projects (e.g., EtherFi, Project Mocha, SynthOS).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Results

Conclusion

The ETH House proved that a long-term physical presence significantly lowers the barrier for developers to join the Scroll ecosystem. We have established a solid foundation of builders and governance-active contributors in Argentina who are ready to continue growing with Scroll.
