Week 0: Program Launch & Orientation (August 4th)

  • Introduction to course format, expectations, and key tools

  • Baseline assessments and onboarding resources

  • Introduction to “The Social Layer of Governance”

Week 1–7: Core Modules (August 11th to September 28th)

Each week includes:

  • A structured module released in Notion

  • A live interactive session

  • A Kahoot quiz

  • A practical governance take-home assignment

  • Graded participation

Topics range from Scroll’s governance architecture to protocol capital flows, strategic governance, data-informed decision-making, and proposal development.

How Progress Is Measured

Participants will be evaluated across 700 total points, with weekly scoring based on:

  • Kahoot quiz (25 pts)

  • Participation (15 pts)

  • Practical exercise (60 pts)

Final Thresholds

  • Pass: 490+ pts

  • Distinction: 630+ pts

  • Fail: Below 490 or incomplete assignments

Next Steps

Participants will receive login access to the private Notion workspace, calendar invites, and other onboarding details by the end of this week. Public-facing updates, summaries, and milestone reports will be shared here in the forum and on social media throughout the program.

Post-Program

After the program concludes and the final report is published, we will be open-sourcing the full set of materials developed throughout Scroll D/Acc. This includes weekly modules, assessments, learning rubrics, and recorded sessions.

These resources will become DAO public goods and will remain available for anyone in the ecosystem to learn from, remix, and build upon.

Onward,
The D/Acc Team
