Hi there my friends,

I’m curious what the best place is to find out about Scroll DAO’s key metrics and values

So far, I’ve inferred from my interaction with the DAO these metrics

• Transactions
• Total value locked
• Token price (SCR price)
• Projects (quality, not just quantity)
• Users

And of course we have these values from the Scroll DAO Constitution:

• Global, Inclusive Participation: Scroll DAO strives to build an intentional global community of builders and community members from all over the world, where everyone has a chance to contribute to the future of the Scroll ecosystem.
• Accountability: Scroll DAO prioritizes collaborative decision making that is fair, transparent, and accountable, whilst upholding the Scroll protocol’s best interests.
• Staying Curious: Scroll DAO aims to constantly embrace new ideas and push boundaries, while balancing this with focused and empirically informed decisions.

I’m curious if anyone would have other documents to share that help guide Scroll’s goals and commitments, I’m incorporating them into the delegate training lessons

Depends if you’re asking for Scroll as an ecosystem, Labs, Foundation, or other.

The calls we had with Raza and Emily in April might also have useful context, albeit no public docs to point to. This will help get a sense of some of the Labs priorities.

I would argue that we don’t have clear metrics / KPIs for the DAO yet. In my eyes, that’s part of why we have this CCC3 in order to review tasks/responsibilities being done / not yet being done, then outline the councils or working groups to get those things done, and finally outline the initial set of KPI’s and metrics specifically for the DAO.

Very interested to hear what others think here as well.
