Thoughts on Voting IN FAVOR of the Research to inform a builder support strategy proposal:

Reasons I’ll vote FOR:
- Collectively reviewed. The Proposal’s draft document was read and fedback with multiple inputs from members of the DAO, including mine. All of these were either argumented or modified to take in consideration the participant’s inputs.
- Data-based decision making. The collective intelligence has proven wiser than what a group of experts can come up with [1][2]. Therefore, supporting the DAO’s decisions through research is the way forward and what will set us apart from other DAOs.
- Memes. The rersults of the research will be disseminated through packaged knowledge easy to understand and share (memes) and a live event. Thus, the insights won’t be forgotten or only available to a few who read the paper. Building symetry of information/knowledge is key.
- Output as input of another process. The proposal includes conducting a workshop -where Delegates, Foundation, and Labs participants are going to be invited, to define Scroll’s framework to builder support based on the findings. More co-creation.
