I voted FOR , for this proposal.
I fully support this proposal as it marks a necessary transition from “Governance Theater” to high-performance execution. By establishing dedicated Operations and Accountability Committees, we are finally solving the “diffusion of responsibility” that plagues most DAOs, where everyone votes but no one is accountable for shipping. The move to a strict $1.52m budget and a “minimum viable bureaucracy” demonstrates fiscal maturity, ensuring that our treasury is directed toward measurable outcomes rather than vague initiatives.
Furthermore, integrating Staked SCR as the foundation of governance is the critical alignment mechanism we have been missing. It ensures that those steering the ship have real “skin in the game,” filtering out noise and prioritizing long-term token performance. While the structure is more centralized in the short term, this “operational prototype” is exactly what Scroll needs to aggressively compete on liquidity and user adoption in 2026. We cannot decentralize chaos; we must organize first.
