After reviewing network economics, we must decline this proposal. Scroll’s fees are trending toward zero, which is beneficial for users but leaves no meaningful revenue to allocate for grants. For more details, please refer to the Dune Dashboard.
Additionally, downstream grant programs aren’t within EGC’s scope regardless of funding source. Builder support is consolidated through Open Economy.
