While we recognize the merit in rewarding proven contributions, the EGC will not establish downstream funding programs (whether grants or retroactive).
Based on discussions with Scroll Labs, our infrastructure layer is well-developed, and our focus is on supporting existing builders through Open Economy’s structured programs rather than expanding the builder base.
This proposal has been declined, but we encourage infrastructure builders to connect with Open Economy for potential support.
