We believe this is a very strong proposal and are grateful for the adjustments made based on feedback given during the calls and discussions. The proposal goes well beyond just grant giving, with the support offered alongside this being a potentially strong driver of success in our view.
We echo the suggestions from @SEEDGov which we believe would help ensure the impact of the grant program is aligned with the success of Scroll - whether that be growing TVL, fees generated, transaction count or some other metric.
We believe it would be helpful to define how price will be calculated for grantees. Will they request funds denominated in $SCR or $USD? What will happen if prices move significantly between grant application date to payment date?
