I am incredibly impressed by the quality of this proposal; beyond supporting founders with funds, it is essential to help builders with knowledge and access to mentorship that can distinguish between gaining traction and failing.
I am also pleased that there is a keen interest in tracking the impacts of this grant program. At the same time, I believe open-source tooling is a good choice for assessing the program’s impact. However, I think an in-depth analysis is needed to yield actionable insights on this kind of builder-focused Grant Program, which would require a specific focus best suited for a dedicated team.
I propose that the Foundation author a separate vendor selection proposal to select a vendor who can give the DAO results that it can use to make subsequent decisions.
