Chiming in here. Overall I am supportive of this proposal and think that @eugene has done a good job of thinking through the design and implementation of the program.
In reviewing the comments I would echo a couple of the comments from @SEEDGov , specifically:
Emphatic yes. I would think very carefully on the metrics we want to see here and use Arbitrum and their incentive programs as a cautionary tale. It might be a good idea to look at how metrics can not only be achieved but sustained over time and how ongoing incentives/grants will affect $SCR
Agree with this as well. Tools like Open Source Observer would be a natural choice for something like this. I am sure this is something that @eugene and team are already looking into.
