Hi everyone,
We want to improve the communication between the Scroll Foundation and the DAO. I will take a more active role in connecting the two sides and sharing updates from the team.
There have been many changes to Scroll governance over the past year. Some documents are no longer up to date, and some roles and processes are not very clear today. We believe it is important to take some time to understand what is still working, what should be updated, and what a more sustainable governance structure should look like.
For now, we propose consolidating the previous weekly governance calls and office hours into one monthly call.
The call will cover:

Updates from the Foundation and the team

Important governance topics and upcoming decisions

Questions and feedback from delegates and the community
We suggest holding the call on the last Thursday of every month at 12:00 UTC, starting this Thursday, September 24. If the time is difficult for many delegates, please let us know.
We will begin with this format for three months and then review the timing, cadence, and structure based on participation and feedback.
The goal is to rebuild regular communication between the Foundation and the DAO while we work toward a clearer and more sustainable long-term governance structure.
