- **Delegate Training Discussion - 1 pm EDT (Apr 30)** - we discussed the [Delegate Training proposal](https://forum.scroll.io/t/proposal-scroll-dao-delegate-accelerator-proposal/571), focusing on whether it should be brought to a vote. Following the discussion, it was agreed to include the proposal in the May voting cycle.

- **Ecosystem Growth Discussion - 07.30 am EDT (Apr 30)** - we discussed several [proposals](https://forum.scroll.io/c/eco-growth/10) for ecosystem growth, including retroactive infrastructure funding, grant programs, audit subsidies, and liquidity incentives, and decided to extend the response window for another week. We also debated [adjusting](https://forum.scroll.io/t/votable-supply-adjustment-proposal/628) the votable supply to address quorum issues, considering both increasing the supply and decreasing the quorum, with the consensus leaning towards a temporary flat distribution.

  - This proposal requests $87,000 + 100,000 SCR (371,875 SCR total) for a DAO-funded Delegate Accelerator (D/Acc) program that will develop a competent and diverse set of delegates capable of actively governing the Scroll DAO.
