Dropping here my rationale on a few recent votes:

Vote: For  
Rationale: I support establishing the Governance Council. The inclusion of accountability measures including delegate veto windows and public reporting requirements provides necessary transparency. This structure is will help Scroll DAO matures beyond its initial phase and manages increasingly complex decisions.

Vote: Abstain  
Rationale: I abstained due to a conflict of interest as I am a recipient of compensation under this program.

Proposal: [Scroll DAO Timelock Test](https://gov.scroll.io/proposals/32195966105875256982966851806785706747970993241469507520936106720258197550754)  
Vote: For  
Rationale: I support testing the timelock system that manages Scroll’s governance execution. Validating these mechanisms before governance decisions is prudent risk management. Testing the timelock ensures the DAO can execute proposals reliably while maintaining the Security Council’s emergency response capabilities.

Vote: Abstain  
Rationale: I abstained due to a conflict of interest as I have tokens delegated from Avantgarde in another ecosystem. I’ve personally had positive experience working with Avantgarde as detailed in [my forum comment](https://forum.scroll.io/t/request-for-proposals-dao-treasury-management/1047/26).
