Dropping here a few updates my recent votes!

Proposal: Security Subsidy Program for Scroll Builders  
Vote: For  
Rationale: I support the SCR security audit subsidy. Security audit costs are a barrier for builders, and this program ensures accountability while the cost-sharing requirement keeps projects invested. Many other ecosystems have seen success in similar programs and I believe it makes sense for Scroll to invest here.

Proposal: Better DAO Decisions & Aligned Incentives: Research on Carroll Mechanisms  
Vote: For  
Rationale: I support funding research into alternative voting mechanisms to address participation challenges. I have had multiple interactions with @connormcmk and believe he and his team are the right ones to lead this initiative. Rationale: I support the Feynman upgrade and believe these technical improvements strengthen protocol security.

Proposal: Community Council Formation  
Vote: For  
Rationale: I support establishing councils to improve operational efficiency and stakeholder representation in Scroll DAO (I personally serve on the EGC). The approach of balancing delegates, professionals, and Foundation members with veto mechanisms ensures accountability while addressing early-stage coordination challenges and opportunities for ecosystem growth.
