Thank you, @Samater for this proposal, I agree this is a program that is important enough to implement sooner rather than waiting for more time to pass.

I did have a question, in the last Governance call, @eugene mentioned that you were going to update this proposal to address the questions regarding working with the newly formed EGC?

As the EGC is currently getting organized, I endorse that this proposal should move forward to a DAO vote and leverage the EGC collaboration once they ready to engage.

**Update:** I responded to this proposal post before I realized that this proposal has been revised and [reposted](https://forum.scroll.io/t/proposal-security-subsidy-program-for-scroll-builders/872/18). I’ll add my thoughts on the revised version.
