**[Scroll DAO Timelock Test](https://gov.scroll.io/proposals/32195966105875256982966851806785706747970993241469507520936106720258197550754)** We voted **For** : No concerns here, voting in favor of this 1 SCR transaction to test the timelock. **[DAO Treasury Management RFP](https://gov.scroll.io/proposals/17736716284166632362836192914377789635944846939193281594888966652732932587143)** We voted **Avantgarde** : After carefully considering all three proposals, this [forum comment](https://forum.scroll.io/t/request-for-proposals-dao-treasury-management/1047/39) by the Avantgarde team resonated the most. Specifically, we were closely deciding between them and KPK and the final decision was due to a lower overall fee structure and willingness to trial out this team and initiatives. **[Governance Contribution Recognition (Cycle 2: May - December 2025)](https://gov.scroll.io/proposals/84294918157976894858048860391138207218295133971592083664910187859023806547948)** We voted **For** : We are in favor of continuing the governance delegate rewards. Thanks to the authors for proposing this on behalf of everyone. **[Governance Council (GC) Formation](https://gov.scroll.io/proposals/82655858280007762154451816682066548485813034000370782924228008319261079646067)** We voted **For** : In favor of establishing a dedicated body responsible for overseeing experimentation and research relating to the future directions of governance at Scroll DAO. --- _[View the full topic](https://forum.scroll.io/t/pgov-delegate-thread/67)._
