### **1. Multisig Structure & Treasury Setup**

The committee discussed the most appropriate multisig structure for the DAO operations, including its composition, scope, and funding flow.

- **GCR (Governance Contribution Recognition)**  
Cycle 2 fine-tuning and Cycle 3 RFC were discussed.
