Here’s an update on what we’ve been up to for the first quarter of 2025.

# Voting

### **[Vote] [Research to inform a builder support strategy](https://gov.scroll.io/proposals/545246063317575466165740766113143372181954164634411861681132968954652703515) - Voted FOR**

We had some doubts about the approach chosen, but we decided to [vote in favor](https://forum.scroll.io/t/proposal-research-to-inform-a-builder-support-strategy/368/45) after speaking with Eugene from the Scroll Foundation, who assured us that the research would be used as the basis for future initiatives. We expect the Foundation to report frequently on the actions taken.

### **[Vote] [Scroll DAO Constitution](https://gov.scroll.io/proposals/1247605826408291988137032745109360457689615424039552986782425232092434978933) - Voted FOR**

While we see it primarily as a social agreement and operational guide—especially given that governance currently lacks concrete control over the Foundation or smart contracts—we view this as an important first step, so we decided to vote [in favor](https://forum.scroll.io/t/proposal-scroll-dao-constitution/448/52) of it.

## L2BEAT’s Office Hours

We want to remind everyone that every week, we’re hosting Scroll Office Hours on Google Meets.

The office hours are held **every**  **Friday at 3 pm UTC/ 11 pm EST**

During Office Hours, you will be able to reach L2BEAT’s governance team, which consists of [Kaereste](https://twitter.com/kaereste) (Krzysztof Urbanski), [Sinkas](https://twitter.com/Sinkas_) (Anastassis Oikonomopoulos), and [Manugotsuka](https://x.com/Manugotsuka) (Manuel González), and discuss our activity as delegates.

The purpose of the office hours is to gather feedback from the people who have delegated to us, answer any questions about our voting activities and rationale, and collect input on topics you’d like us to discuss.
