# Forum Safety Update – Please Read 🚨

Hey everyone – quick but important note:

It’s come to our attention that at least one spam account was active on the forum, attempting to DM delegates and direct them to a malicious site requesting private key information.

Here’s what you need to know:

- That account has been suspended.
- As a rule, **Scroll team members will never DM you asking you to provide your wallet information/seed phrase.** When in doubt, tag @eugene & I in the Delegate chat or on the forum in the relevant thread.
- The only active Scrollers on the forum are: @Eugene, @Gabriellamena, @Juansito and myself @Jamilya. Occasionally you might see Peter @thegaram33 or Roy @roylou from engineering (they will never ask for your seed phrase either), but the four of us are the main team here.
- If anything ever feels off, or if you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to ping @eugene or me directly.
