While we complete a more thorough retrospective on CCC3 in the future, we at least want to outline the proposals that we are working on with the intention of posting them on the forum by Aug 11th.

### Councils

- Ecosystem Growth - formed

- Community - ready for vote in Aug 1 voting cycle

- Governance - to be proposed by Aug 11

- Accountability - to be proposed by Aug 11

- Operations - to be proposed by Aug 11

- Strategy - to be proposed by Aug 11

### Other takeaways

- Education - to set up a chat in these calls in Aug with Ahmed

- Branding and Marketing - to set up a chat in these calls with Nat / Leo

- Cross-council coordination - part-time role, part of ops council

This is getting discussed in both gov calls today. Each of the councils above with have separate proposals hit the forum
